Our production of blower impeller is made aluminum alloy and common carbon steel, since the characteristic of lightweight stainless steel and aluminum alloy is gradually used in current. Blowers are widely used for ventilation, dust exhaust and cooling in factories, mines, tunnels, cooling towers, vehicles, ships, and buildings. In the casting process, we focus on mold design, pouring temperature, iron and molten steel clarity (exhaust gas, slag removal), material chemical composition, pouring speed, blank surface treatment and dimensional stability of assembly. In the heat treatment, we also consider mechanical properties of heat treatment, anti-rust treatment (such as painting), and the standard packaging and pallet methods to the final shipment.

Our company is an OEM/ODM supplier. Our METALLECA® Body housing and fitting joints of the production can be customized according to requirement of domestic and foreign customers. Production would follow customer’s specific requirements (assembly, performance, life, corrosion resistance, etc.) to select the appropriate processes and materials (mainly used casting aluminum alloy). Otherwise, the production and processing are based on the customer specification. We specialize in producing unpatented products and do not have our own brand.
